A growing leader in the DeFi space is looking for a Head of Product to take charge of our product strategy and implementation. This candidate should be able to think broadly about the product strategy from the permissionless DeFi angle, how the protocol interacts with the DAO, to how institutions and regulated entities can participate in the growing cryptocurrency economy. You will work closely with other product leaders and ecosystem partners to drive success of this protocol through sequencing, coordination and execution of the product integrations and partnerships.


This is a full-time remote role with preference for Western Hemisphere time zone candidates.


The Job:



  • Develop a vision, product strategy, feature set and roadmap to successfully launch ongoing products in both a permissionless and regulated environment.

  • Work closely with the co-founders and across engineering, growth, legal, and marketing to deeply understand needs, risks to convey alignment on product requirements.

  • Assess and prioritize features against their viability, desirability, and feasibility while developing go to market strategies alongside growth and marketing.

  • Manage multiple time-sensitive parallel projects prioritized regulatory requirements in mind with important timelines in mind. Xx


The Requirements:



  • Demonstrated experience at an established and reputable DeFi/CeFi company OR traditional finance experience with demonstrable knowledge and passion for DeFi.

  • 8+ years of professional financial product experience or comparable product management experience.

  • Ability to convey clear direction and leadership within the team and to external parties.

  • Willingness to travel and speak at industry conferences and events.

  • Deep interest in DeFi, stablecoins, and DAOs, etc.

  • A degree in CS or finance, prior software engineering or very strong technical work experience in financial markets required.

  • Previous technical experience with blockchain technology.

  • You are driven by shipping financial services built on crypto assets and public blockchain infrastructure excites you in all its idiosyncrasies.

  • Ability to convey clear and actionable feedback to executives and broader teammates.
