Community Manager

Pozzle Planet is the DAO for POZitive impact. We are building a social-game universe based on $POZ, with a sustainable player-owned economy that expands into the real world and grows larger as more POZitive impact is created by the participants.

We are looking for an inspiring Community Manager to join our core contributor DAO team to lead the activities for the upcoming launches of our $POZ token, Protocol and mobile-app platform. As Pozzle Planet’s Community Manager you are great at generating excitement, engagement and growth through channels such as Twitter and Discord, as well as relations with other DAOs, communities and ecosystem participants.

Bounty: 1.0 ETH and/or up to 4,000 $POZ for 12 week contract

The Role:

As Community Manager at Pozzle Planet you will work closely with the 20+ core daily contributors of the DAO and be responsible for creating & implementing community activation and growth plans, as well as continuously engaging with the community via Twitter and Discord, consistently bringing quality output to maintain momentum and excitement.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute creative media/launch campaigns that buzz and have substance


• Ideate, oversee & manage the launch activities of the $POZ token and our platforms to make them ‘pop’


• Manage the @PozzlePlanet Twitter account in an authentic and fun way that is you and us


• Operate as Lead Community Manager via Discord and help grow the Community Team to spread the word


• Engage directly with community members, make announcements and host/participate in via voice calls and Twitter Spaces


• Create strong media and secure key endorsements and influencer relationships to get traction


• Quality communication & copywriting with attention to detail across the board


• Execute autonomously as well as collaborating with the group to unify awesome outputs

Nice to have:

• Crypto / Blockchain / NFT experience


• Strong Twitter engagement & existing audience


• Graphic / digital design experience
