mStable is a decentralized ecosystem for swapping and earning on stablecoins. The project has a focus on security, capital efficiency, community governance and constant innovation.

We are looking for a marketing professional to come onboard as a fulltime contributor to take our marketing and communication efforts to the next level. The team

We are a closely aligned, highly motivated, agile team that holds each other to high standards. The core team currently numbers 15 - we love what we do, and are looking forward to contributing to the future of DeFi as we scale.

The team is in Germany (Berlin), Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Singapore. You are welcome to work in these countries or remotely.

The role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take mStable’s marketing strategy to the next level. We have an exciting roadmap of new products that will be coming to market over the next 12 months, and need someone passionate about DeFi to make them visible to the world. You must be comfortable managing a digital marketing strategy tailored to crypto veterans and curious newcomers alike.

Crucially, we need an individual who is passionate about decentralised technologies, with a focused and up to date knowledge of what’s happening in the industry. You must be able to tell us how and why you think the things we are building as a DeFi community will change the world over the next decade, because that will directly inform the narratives we present to the world.

About you

• You have experience managing digital marketing campaigns


• You understand how to use Twitter as a marketing tool


• You’re passionate or intensely curious about crypto and DeFi


• You’re able to work in a team, either on site or independently as a remote member of the team.

What you’ll do

Product marketing

• Develop product positioning, mStable’s core messaging and strategy


• Contribute and write content for blog posts, newsletters, social media, case studies


• Manage events and marketing partnerships with DeFi players


• Be responsible for user growth and increase funnel conversion

Social media marketing

• Elevate our brand and presence through social media channels


• Work with community to develop community campaigns


• Use data to develop social media marketing and content strategy

What do daily deliverables looks like?

• Multiple, hand-written tweets with a schedule


• Active medium posting not only when there are partnerships

What you’ll need

• 2 years or more of experience in a full time work environment, either in an office or remotely


• Passionate and familiar with crypto, blockchain, DeFi


• Outstanding communication skills


• Ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment


• The flexibility to always be experimenting with new approaches to marketing mStable

• An existing network within crypto

• SEO optimisation skills

• Competitive USD salary: 75-100k USD
