WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


A Social Media Manager to build out Stageverse’s online presence, driving traffic and engagement, through content development and community management across website, blog and social media.

You appreciate unique and creative design, and can balance that out with meaningful analytics and insights. You are a naturally social person and love nurturing existing relationships while building meaningful connections with new community members.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • You will develop and maintain marketing content calendar, working closely with cross functional and 3rd party team members to execute

  • You will monitor and manage our social media accounts, sharing engaging content to grow our communities and establish our brand presence amongst all channels

  • You will escalate community insights including support issues to engineering, product and leadership

  • You will strategize on social media how to best engage and interact with other web3 communities

  • You will help manage our ambassador community, ensuring consistent ongoing engagement

  • You will analyze and report on the results of marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly

  • You will provide recommendations to other internal teams based on community feedback

  • You will identify, engage and retain relationships with advocates and enthusiasts.


REQUIREMENTS



  • At least four (4) years of experience in digital marketing with relevant experience in communications, social media and community management

  • Exceptional storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.

  • Proven experience developing impactful content (written, imagery, video) for multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Proven Experience managing social media communities across major networks (Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)

  • Experience analyzing marketing & product funnels, optimizing campaign elements to increase conversion. Proven experience writing content for social media, blogs, press releases and/or community forums

  • Passionate about Web3 and keen to see how deep the rabbit hole goes


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE



  • Experience working with a tech startup

  • Experience with Web3 related projects
