The Role:

We are seeking a multi-disciplinary practitioner that is obsessed with NFTs, DAOs, and the crypto ecosystem at large. The NFT Strategist will be deeply involved in understanding all things crypto, as well as educating internal and external parties about best practices in the space.

What You’ll Own:

• You will help build and advance the token design practice of Horizen Labs


• Research and summarize the latest developments in tokenomic design, incentive mechanisms, and gamification of NFTs


• Lead the design of NFTs (and NFT drops), new tokens, and other on-chain items (Tokenomics), always designing from the end users' perspective to ensure the highest level of usability, experience, and balance


• Actively lead and conceptualize different approaches to token designs


• Optimize performance of company and client project for key post-launch metrics, from protocol usage to token price performance and anything in between

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest in blockchain, crypto, and decentralized economies


• Hands-on experience working on NFT projects, DAOs, or in other areas within the crypto ecosystem


• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written presentation
